Private company boards navigating operational complexity, enterprise technology decisions, or significant organizational change often lack direct access to someone who has led these programs from the inside. I work with board members on an advisory basis — providing grounded, practitioner-level perspective on AI governance, transformation risk, organizational design, and program accountability.
This is not generalist advisory. It is specific expertise, available to board members who need to ask harder questions of their management teams — or who want an independent view on whether what they are being told reflects what is actually happening.
I hold formal certification in private company governance and am an active member of the Private Directors Association.
